Retyping invoices costs a full day and gives you nothing back. I turn that into one command.
Send me your PDF invoices - any supplier, any layout, any language - and you get one Excel file with a row per invoice: number, supplier, date, net, tax, total, currency.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most tools work until invoice #40 arrives in a layout the first 39 never used. This one reads by the labels printed on the page, not by a template per supplier: a supplier you have never sent me works with no setup. Tax is read whether the page says VAT, IVA, IGV, TVA, MWST or GST.
Nothing is guessed. Anything it cannot read with confidence goes to a "Review" sheet with the reason, so a wrong number never lands silently in your books. An ambiguous date is flagged, not chosen for you.
Test run: 13 invoices, 3 suppliers, English/French/German, 2 currencies. Result: 10 clean rows, 3 flagged - two missing a tax line, one duplicate a supplier re-sent.

FAQ
My invoices are scanned, not digital PDFs. Does that work?
Yes. Scanned pages go through OCR at 300 dpi, and the result is checked against the totals so errors surface instead of passing silently. Accuracy depends on scan quality — send me one page before ordering and I will tell you for free whether it reads cleanly.
What if one of my suppliers changes their layout?
The script flags the rows it cannot map instead of guessing them, so a layout change never turns into wrong numbers. With Standard and Premium you keep the script, so adding a new format later is a small change you can ask me for or do yourself.
Can you extract the line items, not just the totals?
Yes, as a second sheet with one row per line item linked to its invoice number. It is included in Premium and available as an add-on for the other packages — just mention it before ordering so I can scope it properly.
Is my data kept private?
Your files are deleted once the order is complete and are never reused as samples or shown to anyone. If you prefer, redact names or amounts before sending — the parser works the same.
