I have over 20 years of experience troubleshooting tens of thousands of machines and applications. Chances are whatever issue you have, I've seen it and fixed it!
Whatever problems you are having with your PC I will diagnose. This price does not cover cost of parts. Extra fees will apply for complex issues that take longer than 2-3 days to fix.
Due note that if parts are necessary to acquire, this will delay the delivery time. Fixes are also not guaranteed to be permanent. If there are any issues after delivery you have 30 days to let me know.
Customers are also expected to sign off on the quote and pay before parts are ordered and your machine is worked on.
*Remote sessions are mainly done via Teamviewer unless another tool is necessary

FAQ
Does the fee cover the cost of parts?
No, the fee only covers labor for the stated delivery days. A quote will be provided for any parts that need to be ordered and you will need to pay for them before the parts are ordered.
Do you perform any checks on machine?
Yes, any machine physically sent to me is checked for water, heat, physical and any other damage. This is then relayed to the customer and we will work on proper solution or alternative, if no solution can be agreed upon then the machine will be rejected.
My machine was worked on and now something completely different is broken?
I've worked on tens of thousands of machines & can count on one hand how many times a machine that was worked on resulted in another issue due to the fault of the technician. A hardware issue doesn't result in a software issue & vice versa. I will take another look as long as its within 30 days.
What is your experience?
I maintain infrastructure for multi-billion dollar corporations like Aon Hewitt, Microsoft, etc. Almost every aspect of IT I help maintain or maintain by myself. If I fail at my job then these companies lose millions of dollars. I also own my own consultation company where I build data centers
Can you fix my issues remotely?
Absolutely! Aside from hardware issues most software issues can be fixed remotely without issue (poor internet connections can extend troubleshooting time drastically though.)
Can you fix hardware issues?
Most certainly! An extra fee will be assessed for shipping and I will ship you a box and materials to send your machine in. Please keep in mind shipping desktops or servers can be extremely expensive, especially internationally due to their size/weight.
Can you recover my data?
Accidental deletions or corrupted files yes. I do not run a data recovery shop therefore I don't have the tools necessary to fix mechanical problems with drives. I can do my best using the techniques that I do know to grab data off of corrupted drives so long as they aren't completely dead though.
Do you work with businesses?
I certainly do! Check out my business gig for rates as they are different.
I have private & confidential files on my machine should I be worried?
Absolutely not. My job is to fix your machine, not look at your files. Trust me, when you've worked in IT for as long as I have you're dead behind the eyes, nothing surprises you. Not once have I received a privacy complaint and have been trusted with personal financial information of billionaires.
Can I pay you after you fix my issue?
No. Just like with medicine, there could be thousands of different solutions to run through to solve your issue which can easily take a huge amount of time therefore payment is required up front.

this seller marked my project as finished not even asking me if the issue was fixed. then he refused to refund money. i have spent alot of money on fiverr but lately its becoming more and more filled with imposters claiming they will help you. this person should be removed from fiverr completely. buyers beware i strongly advise not to purchase!!!!!
