Do you configure purchasing or vendor management workflows?
No, my expertise is strictly in the data foundation and outbound supply chain. I configure the Material Master records (including Raw Materials) so they are system-ready, but I do not configure Procure-to-Pay processes.
What Material Types do you work with?
I primarily focus on Finished Goods (FERT), Trading Goods (HAWA), and Raw Materials (ROH), as these are the critical components for Supply Chain Management and distribution.
Why are "Views" so important in the Material Master?
A material isn't just a name. It requires an "MRP View" for production planning, a "Sales View" so it can be put on a sales order, and a "Forecasting View" for demand planning. I ensure the right views are activated for the right materials.
Can you prepare data for a mass upload?
Yes. The Basic package is designed specifically to take your messy raw inventory spreadsheets and format them cleanly so they can be uploaded via LSMW or the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
How does this connect to SAP APO or Demand Planning?
If your Finished Goods do not have the correct Forecasting and MRP views configured in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, the data cannot be transferred to APO. I build the data foundation that makes Demand Planning possible.
Do you work in both ECC and S/4HANA?
Yes, I am equipped to review, format, and configure Material Master records in both legacy SAP ECC and modern SAP S/4HANA environments.
How do you know how to structure my finished goods?
