My passion is in healing through awareness -- this includes consciousness based healing techniques such as Reiki, Ayurvedic Health and Spiritual Counseling, as well in coaching meditation and healing breath techniques meant to draw greater awareness and joy into the body and being. Why not live in the wholeness of Self? Lately, I've enjoyed exploring the world of ceramics, sensing how the clay wants to be transformed, and then how it transforms me in the process.
