Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (WhatsApp & Instagram), ensuring clear, timely, and empathetic responses. Manage and maintain customer data in CRM (Zendesk), including logging cases, verifying information, and keeping records accurate and well-organized. Work closely with store operations and internal teams to investigate issues and follow up on resolutions, while also identifying recurring problems and suggesting improvements to the process. Used to working with high volume, maintaining attention to detail, and making sure each case is handled properly from start to finish.
