FAQ
Will you check my clues, suspects, and twist?
Yes. I note which clues land, which suspects feel convincing, where I guessed the twist, and whether the reveal feels surprising yet fair.
Can you tell if my story is cozy enough?
Yes. I review tone, setting, stakes, and side characters to see if the story delivers the comforting, low-peril feel cozy readers love.
Do you comment on magic rules and worldbuilding?
Yes. I flag unclear rules, plot conveniences, and info-dumps, and note where your magic or setting could play a bigger role in the mystery.
What do I get when the beta read is finished?
A detailed developmental report plus your manuscript with inline comments throughout, giving you both big-picture notes and page-level feedback.
How do I share my manuscript, and is it private?
Send a .docx or a Google Doc link with comment access through Fiverr. Your story stays confidential and is only used for your beta read.
