Editing hundreds and hundreds of portrait images taking from photoshoot events and my personal photowalks, I would like to extend my expertise to help you improve your photographs.
I will help you in photo:
- Pimple and blemish control
- Light and color adjustments
- Skin softening and clarity
- Object removal and cloning
- Basic adjustments (crop, rotation, white balance)
Source files:
- I accept RAW, JPG, PNG input files only.
- I will deliver the JPG full size of the finished product.
- My source documents (.PSD only) is available for additional charge (see FAQ).
I highly value quality work and take my time to approach each photo differently depending on the amount of things that needs to be fixed.
Note:
- Note that some photos / photo editing requests will not be possible even after extensive editing. As such, I highly recommend to contact me in advance if you think your request could be outside the usual scope that I posted. I do not want to waste both of our time doing things that are impossible.
- Photos will be part of my portfolio by default. Let me know if otherwise.

Hi I'm Nicko! A results-driven, self-taught photo editor / retoucher. Since I was a kid, I am fascinated by the process of manipulating and enhancing images.
Right now I mainly dabble in photo retouching of portraits which includes but not limited to blemish and pimple removal, clarity enhancement, object removal / cloning. I usually work with Lightroom / Capture One + Photoshop.
Though mainly focused on portraits, I can also extrapolate my skills on other projects such as product / photomanipulation.

FAQ
Do you speak English?
Yes I do. I am not a native speaker but in one of my main work, I was required to speak in English all the time so this won't be a problem.
Which files should I send as an input?
You can send me RAW (any camera format .NEF .CR3,, .ARW) and also JPG and PNG file formats as the input files. I highly suggest you send me RAW files so that editing can be more flexible.
How do I send the photos?
Please send the source photos all at once. I will only start working after all the source photos are provided. This will save us both a lot of time as well as provide me with an uninterrupted workflow.
What is your output file?
Depends on the package. If you have choosen a package that only gives you the final output JPG, I will only send you the JPG. I have some packages that also includes the source file (.PSD only). Remember, all I can give you is JPG and PSD at most. I can also provide PNG if needed.
Tell me more about JPGs
Note that JPGs are compressed file formats. This means that everyJPG outputted from a RAW file is of lesser quality. Mostly this is not noticeable to naked eye but if you want maximum quality that your image can have, consider sending the RAW file.
Tell me more about the .PSD
My output source file (.PSD only) is the final set of working document before I export it to a JPG whenever applicable. However, please note that this source file will only be available when I use Photoshop. I mainly use Photoshop for skin retouching, object cloning and removal, and sharpening.
Can you replicate the looks of filters?
Yes I can. But this required extensive testing. My editing process do not depend on filters or presets. Every images that I make, colors that I produce are my very own.
Can you increase the size of my photo even if I send you a small photograph?
I can but with caveats. First, remember "Garbage In, Gargbage Out". If you what you have sent is 48x48 photo and you want it to be resize to 4k, it is possible but the final output will be pixelized and unusable. Remember, a good output depends on good input.
Do you offer photography services?
Yes. If you are near my area and I am free, we can meet up and do photowalks. This will be on a different gig but yeah. I can offer my photography services as well.
Can you do photo manipulation?
Yes. However, since I am going to edit portrait photos, not much manipulation is needed. Remember, photo manipulation is a very complex and extensive work.
