What format will my file be delivered in?
Transcripts are delivered in Microsoft Word format with file extensions .docx or .doc and in PDF format.
How do I upload large files?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Google drive, One drive, We transfer, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or the order page that you created. If unsure, contact me for a simple guide.
Do you transcribe more than 60 minutes files?
For files exceeding 60 minutes, please contact me so we can discuss a discounted price. An extended delivery period may be required.
Is my confidentiality guaranteed?
My services are strictly professional. Files involved are deleted once the order is delivered and is to your satisfaction.
