Do I need to provide detailed engineering drawings?
Not at all! A basic sketch, reference image, or even a written description of your concept is enough. I will handle the 3D modeling from there.
Can you use real terrain data from my project location?
Yes! I can import real-world terrain and satellite imagery directly into InfraWorks using your project coordinates or Google Maps location.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package: high-resolution PNG/JPG images, MP4 flythrough video, and/or the original InfraWorks model file (.sqlite).
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 3 days / Standard: 5 days / Premium: 7 days. For urgent projects, feel free to message me before ordering.
Can I request revisions if I want changes?
Yes! Standard includes 1 revision, Premium includes 2 revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged at a small extra fee.
