Handle data entry, data compilation, and record management for departmental and consumer-related information. Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare statistical reports and “Statistics at a Glance” publications. Work extensively on various government portals such as e-Samiksha, iFORETEL, Pragati, e-Office, SAP, and other internal reporting systems. Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, yearly, and special reports for senior officers and departmental reviews. Draft official letters, notes, office orders, and internal communications as per prescribed government formats. Perform printing, scanning, uploading, and digital filing of documents on a daily basis. Maintain and update Excel sheets, registers, and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support data verification, corrections, and compliance reporting for audits and inspections. Assist in the digitization of legacy records and smooth transition to digital systems. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and strict adherence to government procedures in all tasks. Coordinate with officers and staff to support smooth administrative and operational workflow.
