I was inspired by the idea of working remotely, so I decided to join a remote company that would support my career growth. I started as a Full Stack Developer, initially focusing mainly on frontend development, which made the role a perfect fit for me. Over time, I expanded my expertise into backend development and learned the Node.js ecosystem, including Express.js, Express Validator, EJS for server-side rendering, and backend design patterns such as MVC, Repository, Modules, and Middleware patterns. I also gained experience integrating the Stripe payment gateway and working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases including MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas. Later, I expanded my career as a freelance developer on Upwork, working directly with international clients on web, mobile, SaaS, and AI-powered applications. This experience strengthened my ability to understand business requirements, communicate with clients, work independently, and deliver complete solutions from idea to production.
