How do the 3D printed welding jigs work?
I design jigs that securely hold your flanges and bend materials in the exact geometric position required. You 3D print these jigs on a standard plastic 3D printer, assemble them, clamp in your metal pieces, and tack weld them together.
What online supplier do you get your mandrel bends from?
Any online supplier of your choice. Message me with your online supplier name and which mandrel bends you would like me to use to design. I recommend trying to find a supplier that offers 3 different CLR's for your specific OD and wall thickness.
