Hands-down 100% the worst service I’ve ever gotten from Fiverr. I thought the instructions were pretty easy and clear. I was looking for a book to be ready to upload into. KDP. Which is the service she provides. Lack of communication took about three weeks longer than it was supposed to in my final delivery...

The formatter started out slowly at first and initially missed the completion deadline but overall she showed remarkable improvement to details asked of her in a timely manner

Natalia or Marquez Heather whichever name she is using didnt deliver at all. The original delivery date for this project was May 30. Since then, there have been multiple missed deadlines, revised delivery commitments, and extended periods without communication. I didn't receive the files by the timeline...
