What are Construction Documents
Construction documents is a set of drawings, specifications and construction information that are produced during the design development phase of a construction project to serve as a project manual during the construction phase, and they assist permitting agencies and inspectors to clear the project
Are Construction documents and Permit Plans the same things?
Permit drawings show the building department that the project complies with applicable codes, while construction drawings give the contractor the detailed information needed to build it correctly.
What files will you deliver the Documents in?
The files will be delivered in PDF and AutoCAD Drawings. If you need 3D Renders and Animations too, those will be provided in JPEG, JPG, PNG, and Video files.

The seller can completely stop working with no explanation or any penalty but me as the buyer I am severely affected by his gross negligence. This is very disappointing
