Job History I started working as an Automation Specialist at SmartFlow Automation in January 2023, where I focus on helping businesses reduce manual work through workflow automation. Many of the clients I worked with were spending too much time on repetitive tasks such as managing leads, moving data between apps, and responding to customer enquiries manually. My role involves studying how these processes work and building automated workflows that connect different applications so tasks can run automatically. By integrating tools like CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and AI services, I help businesses create smoother and more efficient operations. One challenge I often encountered was that many businesses used several tools that did not easily integrate. In these situations, I worked with APIs and custom automation logic to ensure data could move correctly between systems. This allowed businesses to maintain organized workflows without constant manual input. Through this work, I have helped companies simplify their processes, improve response time, and reduce the amount of repetitive administrative work they handle daily.
