Pros: Polite. Can use drafting tools/sketch software Cons: Didn't understand concept despite me going above and beyond to explain it with pics, docs, text, etc. Deliverables didn't make any sense and contradicted themselves. Then, when canceling was only option, kept refusing to cancel and tried to get partial pay.
