My job here was to submit the charges and doing follow up on the unpaid claims. I was work on web portals and also via insurance calls to get the payment for the unpaid claims. my job also include the corrected actions include resubmission, appeals and reprocessing of denied claims. I was also maintaning the claims charges reports, denials trend reports and to make SOPs to avoid those common denials. To complete the EDI enrolemnt for he providers was also part of my job. during this time I was working on almost all steps of the Revenue Cycle Management.

I started my career from this company. My job was to verify the benefits of of the member and payment posting. I was using different tools like web portals, IVR and Insurance calls to get the benefits and update them in the member's charts. I was also making daily , weekly and monthly reports of all the eligibilities I was verifying during the month to maintain a record. My other job was to post the payments from EOBs or from ERAs. I was also reconciling those payments if they have been deposited to providers account and than I was making payment reports on monthly basics.
