Built from scratch a WhatsApp AI receptionist for healthcare clinics: architecture, conversation design, product and sales. - In production at 3 private clinics, where monthly bookings grew 23% on average (leads, patients and reactivated base combined) - Books, reschedules and cancels directly in the clinic's system, with no front-desk intervention - Day-before confirmations to cut no-shows and win-back of inactive patients - 5,000+ mapped conversation scenarios: half-finished messages, voice notes, topic changes, requests for a human - Agent and orchestration in n8n, Python and JavaScript, with 12 tools and a per-clinic knowledge base (RAG) - WhatsApp via WAHA, Redis for memory and buffering, Postgres as the database
