Working in the IT department of a hospital, I helped keep the computers and systems running smoothly for the staff. My main role was providing technical support and fixing hardware and software issues across different departments. I also helped maintain the hospital network and made sure computers, printers, and other systems used in daily operations were working properly. I installed and set up operating systems, managed user accounts and helped staff use hospital software like the electronic health record systems. I also handled routine maintenance such as system updates, troubleshooting problems, and making sure data backups were done to keep everything secure and stable. I worked closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to solve technical issues quickly, especially since reliable systems are very important in a busy healthcare environment.
