Do I need to give you access to my seller account?
Not for a file-based reconciliation. You can provide the relevant exported reports and bank records. Direct account access or in-software work must be agreed separately, where supported.
Can you reconcile marketplace payouts with my bank?
Yes, within the agreed scope and provided the relevant settlement and bank data are available. Unmatched items will be identified rather than assumed to be correct.
Do you provide QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books bookkeeping?
The available service depends on the software and the level of work required. Please message me first to confirm the specific software, access requirements, and deliverables.
Can you prepare tax returns or file taxes?
Tax preparation and filing are outside this gig's standard scope. These services require separate confirmation of jurisdiction, requirements, and appropriate qualifications.
What if my records do not match?
I will document the differences I can identify from the supplied data and provide an exception list for further investigation. I will not invent missing transactions or change records without authorization.
