Pinkfly is a women focused ride hailing platform in Pakistan designed to make daily travel safer, more reliable, and more accessible for women. The goal of the project was to build a complete mobility ecosystem that allows women to confidently commute to work, universities, and social activities without the safety concerns often associated with traditional ride hailing services. As the Team Lead and Senior React Native Engineer, I was responsible for building the entire technical infrastructure of the platform. I developed both the rider and driver mobile applications using React Native with Expo in a monorepo architecture, along with an admin panel in React and a backend powered by Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis. The system was containerized with Docker and deployed on AWS to ensure scalability and reliability. One of the key challenges was ensuring production stability for a real time mobility platform. To address this, I implemented CI/CD pipelines using Expo EAS workflows for automated builds and store submissions, significantly speeding up deployment cycles. I also integrated Sentry with session replays to detect and debug real world user issues directly from production interactions. The result was a scalable, production ready ride hailing platform designed to empower women through safer mobility while maintaining strong engineering practices and deployment automation.

Kumorai is an enterprise platform designed to simplify multi cloud infrastructure management, enabling organizations to deploy and manage complex cloud environments from a single interface. The client’s goal was to create a powerful workflow driven system that allows users to orchestrate infrastructure across multiple cloud providers without needing deep DevOps expertise. As a Senior Frontend Developer, I was responsible for developing the core user interface of the workflow orchestration platform using Angular. The main challenge was translating complex infrastructure operations into an intuitive visual experience that enterprise users could easily understand and operate. I built dynamic and reusable UI components that allowed users to configure and deploy infrastructure workflows with minimal friction. The interface was designed to guide users through complex configurations while maintaining clarity and performance across large scale enterprise environments. I worked closely with the backend and product teams to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and the orchestration engine, enabling smooth real time interactions and reliable system feedback. Special attention was given to responsiveness, cross browser compatibility, and performance optimization. The result was a clean and efficient interface that significantly improved the user experience of managing multi cloud deployments, helping enterprises automate infrastructure provisioning with just a few clicks.

Soken is a corporate wellness platform designed to help organizations improve employee health and engagement through fitness, nutrition, meditation, and wellness tracking. The client’s goal was to build a scalable digital ecosystem that allows companies to monitor and encourage healthy habits among employees while integrating data from popular health platforms. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, I was responsible for the development and DevOps of the entire system using the MERN stack. The platform included features such as workout programs, nutrition tracking, meditation modules, and wellness analytics for both users and organizations. One of the main challenges was integrating multiple health data providers into a single unified platform. I implemented integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, Huawei Health Kit, Fitbit, and Garmin, allowing users to seamlessly sync their activity data with the app. I also optimized the platform’s UI and user experience to improve engagement and usability. These improvements played a key role in strengthening the product offering and ultimately helped the company secure a corporate partnership with Etihad. The result was a robust and scalable wellness platform that enabled organizations to promote healthier lifestyles among employees while providing actionable wellness insights.
