As a pretty frantic bride trying to wrap up all my DIY, Iman really went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. I haven't loaded the design into my embroidery machine just yet, but from the preview it looks exactly like what I asked for. Will confirm once l've tested it, but so far this is spot on.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! With each revision the product got worse. How is even possible?? Never again! Stop overpromising and under-delivering or at a minimum QC the product before you send the "finished product" to the paying customer. Stop lying and saying you can do something if you can't.

I’ve worked with digitizers with quicker turnarounds, but those usually come with mistakes. this guy takes his time but the result it worth it.

Imran does an awesome job! He is very attentive to details and also very responsive. He does the best embroidery digitizing!
