My day job is IT for a multi-outlet group: store openings, POS and payment terminals, internal Laravel apps, and the reporting that ties them together. I maintain everything I build, which is why I scope conservatively and test against real data, not sample rows.

I run the full technology stack for a multi-outlet F and B group: Foodics POS, Acrelec drive-thru, e-commerce and two payment gateways, with 12+ platforms live. I set the infrastructure standards and the provisioning process so every new site opens on a known build, and I administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, device tagging and the asset register behind it. I also built the automation: reconciliation across POS, payment gateways and delivery aggregators, and operational dashboards that replaced a stack of tabs with one screen for trading, availability, incidents and service levels.

Built and supported the reporting side of a people-counting and retail analytics platform. I wrote Laravel and Python pipelines that generated and delivered customer reports on a schedule instead of by hand, and REST API integrations that pushed analytics into the systems customers already worked in. I also ran the hardware side: Xovis and Milesight sensor deployment, mounting, PoE and networking, calibration and drift correction, on-site fault resolution, and onboarding so customer teams could read their own data.

Full-stack work on POS and food-delivery products used by live vendors, plus the support that goes with shipping them. I built and maintained backend services and REST APIs in Laravel and PHP, handled integrations between the ordering, POS and delivery sides, and resolved production issues reported by vendors in the field. Working both ends of the same product taught me to debug an integration from the operator's screen as well as from the code.
