I work freelance with a software house where my team and I deliver complete outsourced software solutions for clients. One of our major projects involved developing a cross-platform B2B grocery mobile application for Android and iOS, along with a fully functional admin panel. The mobile application is designed for businesses and vendors to manage products, place and track orders, communicate with customers, and streamline daily operations in a wholesale grocery environment. The admin panel provides centralized control, allowing administrators to manage vendors, monitor orders, update products, and oversee overall business performance through intuitive dashboards and reports. Our team handled the entire development lifecycle, including planning, architecture design, feature implementation, testing, and deployment. I was also responsible for designing the UI/UX in Figma, creating a consistent and professional design system, smooth user flows, and responsive layouts that ensure a seamless experience on both mobile devices and admin screens. Additionally, we took care of publishing the mobile app to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring all compliance, performance, and production-ready requirements were met. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver a robust, scalable, and user-friendly B2B solution, combining cross-platform mobile development, web-based admin management, and professional interface design. It reflects our expertise in building enterprise-grade applications that help businesses manage operations efficiently while providing an engaging experience for end users.
