What are the softwares you use for takeoffs?
I use PlanSwift and Bluebeam for take-offs. CSI Formated Excel sheet is used to represent all the estimates and values.
What types of estimates do you do?
I specialize in Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects. I perform estimates for Remodeling, New Construction, High Rises, Multifamily, Restaurants, Mixed-Use Retail and Residential, Warehouses, and more! I do estimates for General Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Architects etc.
