I will pcb redesign and miniaturization for compact placement, dfm and production ready
PCB designer
Acerca de este Servicio
A smaller PCB should not mean a tighter margin for mistakes.
I turn oversized or inefficient boards into compact, manufacturing conscious layouts built around product constraints.
I work from your existing PCB, schematic, or source files to reduce wasted space, improve component placement, clean up routing, and prepare the board for fabrication.
WHAT I CAN REWORK:
- PCB Redesign
- Board Miniaturization
- Component Placement
- Routing Optimization
- Footprint Review
- DFM Checking
- Gerber Preparation
- BOM Cleanup
WHAT YOU GAIN:
- Reduced Footprint
- Cleaner Routing
- Better Clearance
- Lower Rework
- Assembly Clarity
WHY MY WORK STANDS OUT?
- Logic First
- Space Focused
- DFM Aware
- Detail Checked
- Production Minded
BUILT INTO THE PROCESS:
- Rule Validation
- File Verification
- Revision Control
Your board may work but it may be wasting valuable space. Send your PCB files and requirements.
Let's turn the board you have into a compact, fabrication ready board built for its next production step.!

FAQ
Will I receive files that my manufacturer can actually use?
Yes, when included in your selected scope. The final package can include Gerbers, drill data, BOM, assembly files, and the editable PCB source files, giving you a clearer handoff to fabrication and assembly.
Could component placement changes create hidden electrical problems?
They can if placement is changed without considering the circuit. Critical component relationships, routing paths, interfaces, and board constraints are considered during placement optimization, rather than treating the PCB like a simple space puzzle.
How do I know the smaller board can actually be manufactured?
Miniaturization is not only about making traces and components fit. DFM checks are incorporated into the redesign to catch spacing, footprint, drill, routing, and fabrication-related issues before manufacturing.
What if my existing PCB files are messy, outdated, or incomplete?
That does not automatically stop the project. I can first assess the available schematic, PCB source files, Gerbers, BOM, and component information to identify what is usable and what needs clarification before rework begins.
Will reducing the PCB size compromise the original functionality?
No. The goal is to reduce wasted board area without casually removing critical circuitry. I review component relationships, clearances, routing constraints, and required interfaces before making space-saving changes.
