About My Role As an IT Assistant at NCRi Pakistan, my primary responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to users across the organization. My core duties include: Key Responsibilities IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to users. Equipment Allocation: Manage the allocation and distribution of IT equipment, ensuring that all users have the necessary tools to perform their jobs. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT equipment, software, and hardware. Dialer Management: Run and manage dialer systems, ensuring seamless communication and data collection. IT Compliance Training: Provide training to new joiners on IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and data security. Data Center Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks in the data center to ensure optimal performance and security. Additional Responsibilities User Account Management: Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring access control and security. Software Management: Install, update, and maintain software applications, ensuring compatibility and security. Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring connectivity and stability. IT Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications •Strong technical skills in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •Familiarity with IT compliance and security best practices.
