What is RAG and do I need it?
RAG lets your AI agent answer questions using your own documents, data, or knowledge base. If your agent needs to know about your business specifically, you need RAG. Included in Standard.
Can the agent integrate with my existing CRM or database?
Yes. Supabase, Firebase, MongoDB, HubSpot, and custom APIs. CRM and database integration is included in Standard and Premium. Available as a paid add-on for Basic.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Full source code with documentation is delivered on all packages. You own everything. I can also help your team understand the architecture after delivery at no extra cost.
How do you handle OpenAI or Claude API costs?
