I will build an Electron desktop application using React and TypeScript for a scoped business tool, offline utility or data-management workflow.

Which operating systems are included?
The listed packages include one agreed Windows x64 target. macOS and Linux need separate build/testing arrangements and a custom offer; a cross-platform framework alone is not a tested multi-OS delivery.
Can the app work offline?
Yes, for the local workflows included in Standard and Premium. Features that call an external API still need a connection. Offline cloud synchronization is not included.
Can you turn my website into a desktop app?
I can review your website and the required desktop behavior. A wrapper and a purpose-built offline app have different scopes, so message me before ordering.
Will I receive an installer and source code?
Yes, all tiers include the custom code, run/build instructions and an unsigned Windows installer for the agreed target environment.
Are signing and app-store publication included?
No. Certificates, signing, notarization, store accounts and submissions require separate scope. I do not guarantee store approval or the absence of unsigned-app warnings.
Can you connect an API or database?
Standard includes local SQLite. Premium includes SQLite plus one documented REST API provider with up to three endpoints. Remote database servers and authentication backends are separate scope.
Can I see something you have built?
I can show my personal offline Quran desktop application and explain its Electron, React and SQLite implementation. It is a personal project, not a claimed client engagement.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated set of corrections to the agreed design or behavior. New screens, features and new operating systems are additional scope. Seven days of help with reproducible delivered defects is included.
