Mary is an exceptional illustrator and a true master of watercolour. Working with her was a pleasure — she was responsive, consistently delivering beautiful sketches and final designs, and always patient with revisions. Despite English not being her first language, communication was smooth and never a barrier. I highly recommend her.

I'm disappointed that the project took so long and is still unfinished. I gave her much time and extended the due date several times, but the project was still incomplete. I finally canceled this order. She is a good artist but needs to learn to be more responsive to buyers' needs and respond to their questions promptly.
