I can indeed! For a typical voice over I'd use my natural speaking voice, but if you've got something specific in mind (e.g. a regional variation) then let me know and we can try to find a solution.

If you're using my VO for paid advertising channels, such as TV, radio or paid internet campaigns (ads on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc) then you need broadcast rights. If it's promoting a product or service - e.g. a client website or YouTube explainer video - then it's commercial rights.

Regardless of how long the script is, it takes me time to set up my studio and record. Bear in mind for a shorter script I can also provide a few takes for you to choose from, but my prices are non-negotiable.
