I will structure your business, startup, company

It is a map that shows how your company is currently structured. It will show your strategic suppliers and inputs, a list of processes by department, your organizational chart and the products or services that you offer. This shows the big picture and how the business operates

Processes standardize the way you do things. It clearly defines who is doing what and what rules and resources are needed in order to achieve consistence in the way you deliver you products or services

You will know exactly how many people you need and the processes that these people will follow which in turn will allow you to measure their performance As a manager or business owner you will also get education on how to properly run a business

We will need to have from 4 to 6 calls (approximately 1 hour/call) to map your processes. I will ask questions and provide guidance as I create all the documentation right in front of your eyes. Once the structure is completed we will have a final call to review the whole project deliverables.

You will get: - 1 High level map - Workflows explaining how your processes works - List of indicators to measure your employees - Job descriptions

A well defined structure helps you grow without improvising, having a team that knows what to do and the resources they require to offer your customer what they need. Based on your growth needs I will propose an structure that considers your future challenges and vision

We will need to have 3 to 4 calls (1-2 hours each) to develop your structure. Usually you will need to attend 3 sessions to provide the inputs I need to create your structure. the whole project will take 7 days

Based on the structure created for your business, you can use Sharepoint to show your employees information related to the processes, procedures, indicators and responsibilities. This will serve as an intranet for your company to share relevant info about the organizational structure.

You need to provide a MS office account with the password and a list of the employee names so I can grant them access to the SharePoint site. All information is confidential and should be placed inside the order. Once the project is completed I will no longer have access to the account.
