What audio/video formats do you accept?
MP3, WAV, MP4, and most common formats. If yours is different, just message me and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
What if my audio has background noise or multiple people talking at once?
I can still work with moderate background noise, but very poor audio quality or heavy overlapping speech may require extra time — please message me beforehand so I can review a short sample first.
Do you do verbatim (word-for-word) transcription?
My standard package is clean verbatim (fillers and false starts removed). Full verbatim is available as an extra if you need every "um" and repetition included.
How do you handle names, technical terms, or industry jargon?
I listen carefully and research unfamiliar terms to transcribe them correctly. If you can share a list of specific names or terms beforehand, it helps me deliver an even more accurate result.
Can I get the transcription in a specific format (SRT, DOCX, etc.)?
Yes, that's available as an extra — just let me know your preferred format when you order, or message me first if you're not sure what you need.
