Need an enclosure designed around your PCB or electronics?
I design custom electronics housings for prototypes and products, with attention to PCB fit, connector access, buttons, displays, mounting features, ventilation, fasteners, wall thickness and assembly.
I can work from PCB STEP files, sketches, dimensions, reference products or existing CAD.
Designs can be prepared for 3D printing, CNC machining or other manufacturing methods, with STEP, STL and source CAD files provided as required.
Please message me before ordering if the enclosure includes multiple boards, batteries, displays, sensors or other complex internal components.

What do you need from me to start?
A PCB STEP file or dimensions, connector/button locations, overall size requirements, reference images or sketches, and your preferred manufacturing method if known.
Can the enclosure be prepared for 3D printing?
Yes. I can design with suitable wall thickness, clearances, fasteners, inserts and other features for 3D-printed prototypes.
Can you work from only a sketch or reference image?
Yes, as long as enough dimensions and component information are available to define the design accurately.
Can you design for manufacturing, not just prototyping?
Yes. For production-focused projects, I can consider assembly, wall thickness, fastening, clearances and other DFM requirements.
