- Providing professional services in the preparation and revision of ISO Audit Reports based on external audit results conducted by certification body auditors. Committed to accuracy, fast communication, and strict turnaround time to ensure reports are approved efficiently. - Prepare ISO Audit Reports in accordance with external auditor requirements based on audit results at the audited company. - Collect, complete, and manage audit report data in accordance with the company’s scope, where the report content may be structured based on ISO clauses or organizational departments (available in both English and Bahasa Indonesia). - Actively coordinate with external auditors to complete the audit report content, requiring only: • Auditor and auditee signatures • Audit findings (Major, Minor, Opportunity for Improvement) • Audit assignment letter from the certification body (if available) - Revise the report based on feedback received by the external auditor from the certification body until the report is approved (with no additional charge for revisions). - Maintain responsive and effective communication with external auditors via WhatsApp and email. - Conduct regular follow-ups with the external auditor regarding the approval status of the audit report from the certification body. - Experienced in working directly with external auditors and certification bodies. - Strong understanding of ISO audit reporting flow and documentation expectations. - Detail-oriented, fast, communicative, and approval-focused. - Flexible to support various ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, etc) across different industries.
