Which carriers do you support?
I currently integrate FedEx, UPS, and USPS APIs — rate calculation, label generation, and tracking. If you need a different carrier, message me first so I can confirm their API supports what you need before you order.
Do I need my own carrier API account?
Yes — you'll need active developer/API credentials from your carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). I don't provide carrier accounts myself, but I can walk you through registration if you're not sure where to start.
Can this integrate with my existing backend or order system?
Yes. My primary stack is Node.js/Express, so I can plug directly into a Node backend. For other stacks, I connect through your existing REST API or database — share your setup when we start and I'll confirm the approach before beginning work.
Do you support thermal-printer (ZPL) labels, or only PDF?
All packages include standard PDF labels. ZPL/thermal-printer output can be added if you need it — just mention it in your requirements when you order so I scope it correctly from the start.
Which package should I choose for my order volume?
Basic suits a single carrier and low order volume. Standard fits stores using 2+ carriers with rate shopping and tracking. Premium is for higher-volume sellers who need bulk labels and batch background processing. Tell me your approximate daily order count and I'll confirm the right fit.
