Led omnichannel marketplace operations across 25+ US and Canadian sales channels for a multi-brand eCommerce company, covering onboarding, catalog management, inventory automation, advertising efficiency and seller performance. Built a centralized catalog management system covering every SKU, link, SEO status and listing status. Developed an API-powered inventory monitor that cut daily inventory and listing updates from 3-4 hours to about 20 minutes (90%+ faster). Linked inventory to PPC so out-of-stock SKUs paused automatically, saving $1,500+ in ad spend. Contributed to about $6M in annual omnichannel sales.
