I have extensive experience working in various departments at a five-star hotel in Tokyo, including Bell Services, Front Desk, Restaurants, Lounge, and Banquets. Around half of our guests were international visitors, so I used English on a daily basis to communicate with and assist guests from around the world. I was also frequently asked for recommendations and information about sightseeing spots in Tokyo. Since then, I have continued to study Tokyo and the surrounding areas, including popular attractions, hidden gems, transportation, and local experiences. With my hospitality background and knowledge of Tokyo, I can provide practical, reliable, and guest-focused support for visitors looking to make the most of their time in Japan.
