I work as an execution partner for Coleman Intellect, a Tampa Bay real estate marketing agency serving top-performing agents across the Gulf Coast. Strategy, content planning and video shoots are led by the agency. My role is to execute against that direction and keep the output moving: producing branded post and carousel designs, writing captions, researching hashtags, scheduling and publishing, and preparing performance reports at the close of each cycle. On the video side I work from the agency's footage and direction, drafting scripts where needed and preparing written editing briefs so material reaches the editing team ready to cut rather than needing interpretation. Everything is produced to the agency's established brand standards — colour system, typography and voice — so output stays consistent across client accounts, with an approval step before anything is published.
