At Lawhill, I handled a wide range of corporate legal work — from company incorporations and due diligence to drafting governance documents, board minutes, and commercial contracts. I played an advisory role in the National Bank of Commerce's bond issuance under the Medium Term Notes Programme and supported a cross-border aircraft acquisition from the US to Tanzania. I also led the successful incorporation of TowerCo of Africa Tanzania and Stellar-IX Tanzania Limited, and completed trademark registrations for NBC TWIGA BOND across Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. These experiences gave me a deep, practical understanding of how businesses are built and protected legally.
