I start by understanding your target role, industry, location, salary expectations, and career goals so we can build a focused job-search strategy. I search company career pages and ATS platforms directly — including Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever — rather than relying solely on LinkedIn or Indeed. I identify relevant opportunities that match your background instead of using a spray-and-pray application strategy. I optimize your resume to align with the keywords, qualifications, and requirements employers are looking for. For applicable packages, I create job-specific cover letters designed around the individual position. I submit applications directly through company career portals whenever possible. I maintain a job application tracker so you can see exactly where and when applications were submitted. I focus on quality, relevance, and consistency rather than blindly applying to hundreds of random positions.
