As technical co-founder of Mind in Shift, I design and ship AI and automation systems into production for real clients, and I own each solution end to end: the architecture, the logic, the build and the delivery. My core work is automation with n8n (self-hosted on Docker Swarm), AI agent development, prompt engineering and RAG, connected to the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs and to real WhatsApp integrations (Evolution API, WhatsApp Business API, Waha). I also handle the data and infrastructure layer: PostgreSQL and Supabase with Row Level Security, Redis, MongoDB, and deployment with Docker, Git and CI/CD. Highlights include MNS Control, a multi-tenant operations platform with a services CRM, automated follow-up and scheduling (18 n8n workflows, 464 automated tests); ReativaLead, an outbound WhatsApp system that reactivated and qualified a base of 2,214 leads; and Cris, a conversational AI agent that captures and qualifies leads 24/7. Beyond engineering, I lead the product vision, brand and go-to-market, so I read each problem from business goal to technical delivery.
