Which versions can you upgrade from?
Any version from Odoo 13 to 18, Community or Enterprise, to Odoo 19. I will also support Odoo 20 once its first stable release is out.
Will I lose any data?
No. I take a full backup first and run the entire upgrade on a staging copy. Your live database is not touched until you approve the result.
What is the legacy surcharge?
Since April 2026 Odoo charges 25% extra on Enterprise subscriptions running version 16 or older. Upgrading to 17, 18 or 19 removes it.
Do you handle custom modules?
Yes. I port and rewrite custom modules for the new version and test them. Third-party apps are checked and replaced if no compatible version exists.
Can you migrate from another system into Odoo?
Yes, data migration from Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP B1 and similar is included in Standard and Premium.
