Most of my work starts the same way: two systems that should agree, and don't.
I'm an integration engineer with decades connecting platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, QuickBooks, databases, spreadsheets and APIs, and making the numbers reconcile on both sides. The tools change constantly; the problem rarely does.
That range means I can usually scope a fix in one message instead of three, and solve in hours what turns into a week-long project elsewhere. Small jobs stay small. Bigger ones get a real plan before anyone spends money.
