Extremely poor communication skills. I've used them many times before, but with the last two orders, they stopped responding. I had to beg to get my files. The work itself wasn’t the issue—it was their lack of response. I had to wait a month between message replies. Too bad, because my first orders were great.

Asked him to draw some traits for me using a current base character but what he drew had different proportions and he took forever to respond and didnt fix it. Missed my deadline, very unprofessional behaviour.
