Hi, I'm Mido. Need someone to make a call in Japanese for you, or read something?
I spent 15 years as a nurse in Tokyo, and now work as a public health nurse handling phone consultations. That taught me to be precise and never guess - if a business is unsure, my report says so.
I am also the person to ask when the question is about food: what is in the dashi, whether the sauce contains wheat, what a restaurant can actually accommodate.
