Where disagreements arose concerning repairs, possession, outstanding work, or contractual expectations, I developed appropriate responses and negotiated practical resolutions. Additional matters involved insurance coverage, contractor liability, regulatory compliance, property claims, and disputes with commercial partners. By addressing legal concerns throughout development and after completion, I helped Copper Creek Homes maintain stronger contractual safeguards, manage financial exposure, and protect its position in residential construction and real estate transactions.
