Owned end-to-end solution design for client products across fintech, healthcare, construction, and logistics — translating business requirements into scalable system architecture, data models, and API contracts, applying Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID and established design patterns with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) matched to each product's complexity. Operated as an AI-augmented engineer, using Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic automation to carry scope that would conventionally need a 3–4 person team — product breakdown, mobile build, Node.js backend, admin dashboard, and release. Selected the right stack per product across Flutter, React Native, and native Android rather than defaulting to one, and justified the trade-off to non-technical stakeholders. Architected Node.js REST services and admin dashboards backing the mobile clients — authentication, payments, realtime tracking, and role-based access control, with offline caching on the client. Shipped English/Arabic localisation with full RTL support on a live ride-hailing product serving the Gulf market. Held quality with unit, widget, and integration tests, enforced code review, Crashlytics and analytics in production, and accessibility and application-security standards — screen-reader support, contrast and touch targets, and secure token storage. Automated build, test, and release pipelines with GitHub Actions and Fastlane, and used AI agents to generate end-toend test flows across checkout, booking, and authentication — surfacing edge cases far faster than manual QA. Ran releases to Google Play and the App Store, maintained technical documentation for handover, and mentored junior developers on architecture and AI-assisted workflow.
