Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 60+ clients across the USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand using QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software. Experienced in supporting businesses across e-commerce, construction, real estate, cleaning services, healthcare, and SaaS. Handle ongoing bookkeeping, cleanup, and catch-up projects, including transaction review, categorization, error correction, and duplicate transaction identification. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate, well-organized financial records. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and outstanding balances. Prepare month-end financial reports, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Handle multi-currency transactions and record payroll journal entries using Gusto and ADP reports. Support month-end closing, resolve complex bookkeeping discrepancies, and mentor junior bookkeepers to promote accuracy and consistency. Focus on maintaining reliable financial records, accurate reconciliations, and clear financial reporting to help clients better understand their business performance.
