I help Shopify store owners manage the work that happens behind the scenes from product uploads and inventory updates to collections, orders, customer support, store maintenance, and product page optimization. I also handle Shopify theme updates, app setup, troubleshooting, and basic SEO improvements. My focus is on keeping stores organized, up to date, and easy for customers to navigate while taking repetitive tasks off the owner's workload. Key achievement: Built my freelance service around practical Shopify support, helping business owners spend less time managing routine store tasks and more time focusing on marketing, customers, and growth.

Mercy did a really good job with my TikTok Shop setup and product listings. She was easy to communicate with, patient with my questions, and made sure the products were properly organized before finishing the job. Everything looks much more professional now. I’m happy with the service and would gladly work with her again.
